Attorney Thomas E. Caldwell is a partner with Rue & Ziffra, P.A. He is a highly respected trial lawyer who handles a wide array of personal injury and negligence matters, including vehicular accidents, nursing home abuses, ERISA claims, and medical malpractice.
Prior to joining Rue & Ziffra, P.A, Mr. Caldwell practiced law at an insurance defense law firm. This experience gave him invaluable insight into the strategy behind the defendant’s case. As a result of his background, Mr. Caldwell is an able strategist and counselor providing sophisticated and intelligent advice to his clients and their families at every stage of the legal proceeding.
