Top Verdicts and Settlements
Over the past 14 years, Mr. Gracia has obtained over $40 million in settlements. In a recent bicycle accident case, Mr. Gracia secured a $100,000 settlement from an insurance company for a client who suffered a severe leg injury. Another client was a victim of a motorcycle accident where a pedestrian was at fault resulting in a $255,000 settlement. Slip and fall cases can be difficult as it is typically hard to prove liability. In two slip and fall cases, Mr. Gracia obtained settlements of $25,000 and $20,000. Automobile accidents don’t always have large property damage value, but can still result in substantial settlements as is the case with two of Mr. Gracia’s clients. In both accidents the property damaged was only $1,200 but resulted in settlements of $30,000 and $25,000. And in yet another automobile accident, a client underwent surgery for a fractured leg and has continuing medical treatment. The client did not have health insurance or PIP coverage. This case settled for $112,000.
Devoted to each client and each case, Mr. Gracia makes sure that his clients are well informed and fully understand the legal process. He is very responsive and committed to delivering high-quality legal and personal services to all of his clients and their families.
