Attorney Kim Bouck has been successfully litigating complex medical malpractice cases for more than two decades.
Ms. Bouck’s extensive knowledge in the area of medical malpractice extends to a thorough understanding of not only plaintiffs but also defendants. After 14 years of representing the local health care providers and insurance firms before switching to the plaintiffs’ side, Ms. Bouck comes to Rue & Ziffra, P.A., with a significant depth of understanding of both defense and plaintiff’s strategies and actions. Ms. Bouck’s unique combination of experience makes her one of the toughest advocates for her clients.
An active member of the Florida community and of many professional organizations, Ms. Bouck is also a Certified Risk Manager. In addition, she is on the Advisory Board of the Academy of Law and Government at Atlantic High School and the School Advisory Committee of Spruce Creek High School.
