A highly qualified and experienced trial attorney, David L. Sweat handles a wide spectrum of personal injury and wrongful death cases, with a particular focus on motorcycle accident matters.
An avid biker, Mr. Sweat represents hundreds of motorcyclists each year in their motorcycle injury cases. Known for his expertise in these types of matters, Mr. Sweat handles motorcycle accident cases all over Florida. Fearless and tough, Mr. Sweat does not take no for an answer and refuses to be bullied by his opponents. In addition to being a skilled trial lawyer, Mr. Sweat is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator.
Dedicated to his profession, his clients, and his community, Mr. Sweat is a volunteer judge on Volusia County’s Teen Court. He was also on the Board of Directors of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida Volusia County and currently serves on the Board of the Intervention Services, Inc., a nonprofit agency that provides treatment for individuals with mental health and behavior issues in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Brevard counties.
