Rue & Ziffra are proud to be Palm Coast attorneys who serve the citizens of Volusia County and surrounding areas. We take pride in being dedicated Palm Coast lawyers working for the benefits of those who have been injured or are a victim of a legal injustice.
Palm Coast is a city located on the east coast of Florida, north of Daytona Beach and south of St. Augustine. It is a highly populated center of Flagler County, one of the fastest growing counties in the United States. Situated around native forests and various waterways, Palm Coast is a hub for recreation and leisure activities alike.
To help better serve the needs of those who reside in the Palm Coast community, we have maintained an additional office location in Palm Coast. As always, our Palm Coast attorneys offer a free consultation for anyone who has legal questions or who has been involved in an automobile accident or other type of personal injury claim. To receive a consultation, please call 1-800-JUSTICE and ask to speak with one of our Palm Coast lawyers.
If one of our Palm Coast attorneys decides to speak with you further, you may be asked to meet with them in person. You may request to meet at your residence or at our new Palm Coast office, located at:
389 Palm Coast Parkway SW, Suite #4
Palm Coast, FL 32137
One of the recent development projects for the city of Palm Coast has been the addition of a Town Center. Officially titled the Town Center at Palm Coast, this area is a 1,557 acre mixed-use development with which provides a downtown area for the Palm Coast community. It is conveniently located near the Florida Hospital Flagler, Flagler County Airport and Flagler/Palm Coast High School.
Town Center development sites have already been purchased by residential, business office, medical office and retail commercial developers. To help expose the community to this area, many festivals and outdoor events are featured here, many of which Rue & Ziffra sponsors.
Below are some of the Palm Coast events and organizations Rue & Ziffra has been proud to sponsor.
On Saturday, April 9, 2011, our firm sponsored the Palm Coast Rock n’ Rib Festival, located at Central Park in the Palm Coast Town Center. The event featured a full day of games, including a pig racing contest, a special musical performance by Starship, carnival rides and plenty of BBQ.
On April 10, 2011, the Rotary Club of Flagler Beach presented the 8th Annual Cycle Flagler Bicycle Run. Participants met at the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce where they then commenced their 24, 40, 62 or 100 mile bike tour of Flagler. Five rest stops total were placed along the tour routes, stocked with food, drinks and restroom facilities.
All proceeds supported various needs in the Flagler community, such as providing funds for the Youth Exchange Program and scholarships for adults and students.

From March 5th – 12th the Daytona Beach motorcycle accident law firm, Rue & Ziffra, participated in the 2011 Bike Week events throughout Volusia County. Among the places they set up their tent was the White Eagle Lounge in Bunnell.
During each day of the event, attorneys, staff members and volunteers showed support for the community by being an active vender. Among some of the goodies visitors to their booth could receive were backpacks, coozies and key chains. They could also sign up for a chance to win a free Bike Week 2012 stay at an oceanfront resort in Daytona. Our 2011 winner, Daytona Beach resident Karen Serensky, won a 7 day, 6 night stay at the Plaza Ocean Club as well as a $500 gift card to Miller’s Custom Parts.
Visitors to the White Eagle lounge got a special treat on Saturday, March 12 when the law firm invited radio personality Frank Scott of WHOG FM to air his program live from their tent. This gave a chance for listeners across Volusia County to stay up-to-date on live Bike Week coverage.
On Sunday, March 27, 2011 the Daytona Beach motorcycle accident attorneys at Rue & Ziffra sponsored a motorcycle and poker run in honor of Kevin Rosa. Kevin is a local friend from the White Eagle Lounge in Bunnell who has been diagnosed with throat cancer. Because this is his 2nd time fighting cancer, he could not qualify for help from insurance.
The motorcycle run included 4 stops (including the Boot Hill Saloon and First Turn Lounge in Daytona Beach) and a chance for riders to try their hand at poker and win some raffles. All proceeds raised went towards Kevin’s future medical treatment.
On May 1, 2011, motorcyclists and biker enthusiasts participated in the Shands Burn Center Motorcycle and Poker Run, sponsored by Rue & Ziffra. The run included stops at the White Eagle Lounge in Bunnell, Oasis Restaurant on A1A in St. Augustine, Matanzas Inlet Restaurant on A1A in St. Augustine, Finn’s Beachside on A1A in Flagler Beach and Saints & Sinners at Destination Daytona.
The run also included a poker game, raffles, food, live entertainment and a chance for participants to win prizes. The event was coordinated by the Red Knights Firefighters Motorcycle Club, Florida, Chapter 11. All proceeds will go towards benefitting the Shands Burn Center in Gainesville.
According to national statistics, burn injuries – caused by heat, electricity, chemicals, radiation or fire – are the third largest cause of accidental death in the United States. More than two million people are injured each year; 6,000 of them fatally.
For the July 4th, 2010 celebration in Palm Coast, Rue & Ziffra sponsored a community fireworks show held at Destination Daytona. Visitors from Palm Coast, Daytona Beach, Flagler and other cities could enjoy food, festivities and fireworks to celebrate this landmark holiday in the United States.
